Leanne is an Assistant Psychologist, Strategy coach, and qualified Level 4 workplace Needs Assessor with a strong passion for helping people thrive in their roles. As an Autistic ADHD’er with lived experience, Leanne brings both professional knowledge and authentic understanding to her work. Leanne holds a BSc in Forensic Psychology and will be starting a master’s shortly.
Leanne specialises in supporting individuals to work at their best by helping them understand their strengths, navigate workplace challenges, and build strategies. Leanne has worked with clients who are employed, at pre-employment and within the criminal justice sector. Leanne is passionate about neuroinclusive practice, wellbeing at work, and helping people unlock their potential in ways that feel sustainable, fulfilling, and uniquely theirs.
Leanne would describe her coaching style as like tending a garden: creating the conditions for people to grow in their own way, at their own pace. Offering space, curiosity and steady support, so people can discover what helps them thrive and what helps them work at their best. Together, they notice what strengthens them, what gets in the way, and what kind of environment allows their strengths to take root.

What’s Leanne’s favourite way to relax and unwind after a day’s work?
After a day’s work Leanne likes to have movie nights with her little family with a foot spa and face mask on. She really enjoys art too, so spend some evenings creating something.

Leanne’s inner genius is her neurodivergent strengths which are empathy, passion for her work, problem solving, good analytical skills and spotting patterns that others may miss.
