Leah is the Head of HR at Genius Within, where she leads the HR function and helps shape the organisation’s strategic direction. Her role spans people strategy, organisational development, employee relations, wellbeing, and governance, ensuring that people practices support both the mission of Genius Within and the needs of its employees. Leah works closely with senior leaders to create an inclusive, supportive, and values‑led workplace where people can do their best work.
With over 20 years’ experience in HR, Leah brings a pragmatic, people‑centred approach to leadership. She has extensive experience across the full HR lifecycle, including strategy development, change management, complex employee relations, policy design, and talent development. Leah is known for balancing compassion with clarity, and for creating structure and fairness in situations that can feel complex or emotionally challenging. Her work is grounded in the belief that when people feel understood, supported, and treated with respect, organisations thrive.
