Gemma is PA to several of the Company Directors and the Office Manager for Genius HQ in East Sussex. She uses her creativity and design skills as member of the Marketing Team.
Gemma’s role is varied, spanning from diary and meeting coordination, office operations, and hands‑on marketing execution from content creation and website updates to campaign support and event coordination.
She ensures the organisation is supported both behind the scenes and in its outward‑facing work. This role has enabled Gemma to grow as a person but has also allowed her draw on her many years of experience to work at her best.
Gemma is a qualified PA/Secretary with experience in both corporate and independent organisations. Gemma has built up many relevant and transferable skills over the years which enables her to perform to a high standard as a PA. Gemma can adapt her working styles according to the person she is supporting.

What is Gemma’s favourite way to relax and unwind after a day’s work?
After a day’s work, I love spending time with my dog, Lexi. We often head out for long walks through the nearby woodlands, which is the perfect way to switch off and enjoy the fresh air. Once we’re back home, you’ll usually find me getting stuck into a craft project or relaxing with the latest episode of a TV series.
