Gemma is PA to Jacqui Wallis (CEO) and Fiona Barrett (COO) and is a valued member of the Plumpton Office with additional responsibilities as the Office Manager.
Gemma’s role is very varied, one minute she co-ordinating diaries and inboxes or taking minutes in a meeting and then she is organising a companywide in-person Queen’s Award Presentation/Celebration. This role has enabled Gemma to grow as a person but has also allowed her draw on her many years of experience to work at her best.

Gemma is a qualified PA/Secretary with experience in both corporate and independent organisations. Gemma has built up many relevant and transferable skills over the years which enables her to perform to a high standard as a PA. Gemma can adapt her working styles according to the person she is supporting.

What is Gemma’s favourite way to relax and unwind after a day’s work?

Gemma likes nothing more than taking her dog, Lexi, for a walk after she gets home from the office. The excited tail wagging greeting she receives rejuvenates and spurs her on to get out of the house before she settles down in front of the TV for the evening.
