Aleena is an Assistant Occupational Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical, Social, and Cognitive Neuroscience. She has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace through coaching and workplace needs assessments.

Aleena specialises in identifying strengths, and enabling sustainable workplace adjustments. Her work focuses on supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences, ensuring that each client receives tailored, person‑centred strategies that promote confidence, productivity, and wellbeing.

With a background grounded in neuroscience, Aleena integrates psychological theory with practical workplace solutions, helping clients understand how their cognitive profile influences their working style. She is committed to fostering neuroinclusive environments that allow individuals to access their “hidden talents” and excel in their roles.
