Polly Howard-De La Mare

Polly is a Chartered and Business Psychologist with 18 years’ experience in leadership development and executive coaching. Polly supports senior leaders to strengthen their leadership capability, enhance strategic thinking, and build the confidence and resilience required to progress in their careers.
Polly supports organisations to develop inclusive environments. Her coaching practice spans a wide range of industries, including legal services, financial services, the Civil Service, engineering, retail, charities and the energy sector.
For the past four years, Polly has specialised in coaching neurodivergent individuals with a range of cognitive differences, e.g. ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and mental health. Polly has undertaken dedicated training in neurodiversity to ensure her practice is grounded in current research, inclusive methodologies, and a strengths based perspective.
Polly’s has focused on supporting individuals with neurodifferences to:
• Understand and leverage their strengths.
• Develop personalised strategies for focus/concentration, organisation, prioritisation and time management, communication, memory, and stress management.
• Navigate workplace expectations and advocate for their needs.
• Build confidence and self acceptance in environments that may not always be designed with neurodiversity in mind.
Polly’s approach is grounded in psychological science, compassion, and a belief in people’s capacity to grow when given the right support. She creates a reflective, non judgemental space where clients can explore challenges safely, experiment with new approaches, and build sustainable habits that support long term success.
