Nina Strauss
Nina is a transformative and neurodiversity-informed coach specialising in supporting neurodivergent professionals, particularly those with ADHD, working in the tech industry across sales, marketing and customer success. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood and empowered to explore what matters most. Her approach combines curiosity, intuition and flexibility, using metaphors to unlock new perspectives and help clients gain clarity, recognise their strengths and move forward with confidence, authenticity and purpose.
She holds an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching, as well as specialist training in Neurodiversity in Coaching. She has three years’ coaching experience and is the founder of Journey to Change, alongside her role as an Associate Coach at Genius Within.
Alongside coaching, Nina brings 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience within high-growth SaaS, Data and AI organisations, including Databricks, Anaplan and Oracle. Her lived experience in the tech industry has given her a deep understanding of the workplace pressures neurodivergent professionals can face and fuels her passion for helping people build successful, sustainable careers.
With 20 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition across high-growth SaaS and AI companies including Databricks, Anaplan and Oracle, she also coaches neurodivergent professionals to thrive in their careers. Driven by her own experience of working alongside talented neurodivergent professionals in tech, she is passionate about helping them overcome workplace barriers, recognise their strengths and build successful, sustainable careers
