Michelle Doll
BA in Social Psychology
Michelle has experience of working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, autism and mental health. Michelle uses a person centred approach to coaching, bringing in elements of NLP, Cognitive Behavioural approaches and Emotional Freedom Technique. Michelle is able to weave these methods and using a structured coaching and the use of metaphors to create a safe environment to open up the clients thinking.
Michelle has 16 year’s experience of working as a Neurodiversity coach in the workplace. After working in public and private sectors with people ranging from telecom engineers to CEO’s, this experience has given Michelle the insight in how people and organisations can develop or restrict people’s talents.
Prior to coaching, Michelle has worked in various fields including mental health, teaching English, community work, insurance, Elearning, customer service, hospitality to name a few! Having personal experience of working in industries that do not allow people to flourish, Michelle has taken her personal understanding into her work as coach.
