Emma comes to us from the design world and has a creative approach to working with clients, tapping into new ways of working that are specific and flexible to the needs of the individual. She champions the resilience and self-reliance that understanding one’s own neurodiversity can bring an individual, and has seen many clients find a new sense of purpose by being able to embrace fully who they are, rather than being defined by a label.
Specialisms
Neurodiversity in the workplace, Dyslexia, Dsypraxia, stroke, chronic fatigue (ehlers danlos, fibromyalgia etc) Autism Spectrum Condition, mental health and trauma.
Qualifications
Institute of Leadership & Management level 5 Diploma in Professional Coaching & Mentoring.
Experience
Over 20 years working with children and adults with special educational needs (SEN), trauma triage and recovery with children, 7 years with Genius Within, 3.5 of those as a supervisor, with approx. 2000 hours of coaching experience.
