Corinne Cariad
ILM L7 Executive Coach and Mentor
Corinne is an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach with a focus on creative and neuro-inclusive practices.
Her clients say she creates a calm, non-judgmental space in coaching sessions. Many of the people Corinne works with are experiencing challenges, often following changes at work or in personal circumstances, and are feeling overwhelmed. Through coaching, they are able to reflect and develop strategies which work best for them.
Corinne loves learning and regularly engages in CPD to develop her skills, such as outdoor and somatic coaching. She wants to contribute to coaching as a professional practice which supports people to blossom and realise their own unique beauty.
Before training as a coach, Corinne worked in a variety of industries, including hospitality, environmental sustainability and education. She is also co-founder of Liberating Cycles CIC, supporting women and people with menstrual cycles to navigate their own rhythms with confidence.
Corinne is a Mental Health First Aider and has lived experience of neurodiversity, perimenopause and anxiety.
When Corinne is coaching at her best it is like going for a walk with her client, paying close attention to the sights and sounds, and exploring an interesting new place together.
