Bex helps neurodivergents and chronically ill people to conquer stress, burn out, overwhelm and disorganisation so that they can get back to being in control of their lives. Harnessing the power of nature, Bex nurtures clients back to thriving!
Bex supports those with neurodiversity, chronic fatigue and chronic pain to have a better quality of life. They are also LGBTQIA+ and coach people who struggles with their identity are affecting their health, energy levels and zest for life!
Since 2017, Bex has coached numerous clients to enable them to set up businesses, achieve personal goals and change their lives for the better! They have been running their coaching business since 2017. In 2022, Bex won Best Decluttering & Organisation Coaching Provider – UK (Education and Training Awards).
Bex has been practicing meditation and nature-based spirituality since 2000 and teach meditation and mindfulness courses and have been coaching with these approaches for several years.
They have published research on permaculture in coaching and am a co-editor of a book on the concept of belonging and home.
