Alison Watson

Alison is an ILM Level 5 qualified coach and mentor with over eight years’ experience supporting clients across a wide range of sectors. She is passionate about helping you maximise your professional potential by understanding your strengths, exploring new perspectives, and developing strategies that feel authentic and achievable.

Her coaching experience spans the NHS, finance and legal services, public‑sector bodies, universities, private businesses, charities, apprenticeships, jobseekers and executive board members. Before becoming a coach, Alison worked in the creative industries and adult education, later retraining to support adults with dyslexia to thrive both professionally and personally.

She believes that neurodiversity coaching, at its best, is insightful, empowering, life‑changing and enjoyable. Working with Alison feels like being on a journey where you remain in the driver’s seat — choosing the destination and pace — while she provides a safe, supportive space to help you get to where you want to be.
