Neurodiversity Training That Builds Real Workplace Capability

Genius Within delivers practical, evidence-based neurodiversity training that builds real workplace capability, not just awareness.

Combining scientific research, lived experience as a majority neurodivergent organisation, and over a decade of cross-sector work, we help HR teams, managers, and organisations confidently support neurodivergent talent.

Our training can stand alone or act as the starting point for a wider neuroinclusive strategy across leadership, management and organisational systems.

What training is right for me?

Many training providers offer generic neurodiversity awareness sessions. Genius Within brings something different.  Organisations partner with Genius Within in different ways, depending on where they are today.

Just getting started?

Most UK organisations start with compliance, providing reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act (2010). These are important steps. At this stage, awareness webinars and keynotes help build shared understanding, reduce stigma, and create a common language across the organisation. This makes it easier for employees to disclose, for managers to respond appropriately, and for more informed conversations to take place.

Need managers to feel more confident?

Many organisations aim to embed a more proactive, deliberate approach. This is where practical workshops and scalable eLearning support managers and teams to build on their awareness, developing the confidence and capability to apply neuroinclusive practices in everyday work. This leads to clearer communication, more effective adjustments, and more consistent management approaches, helping to improve performance, reduce misunderstandings, and create a more inclusive and productive working environment.

Already actively working on inclusion strategies?

Some organisations are already taking a more systemic approach. Here, co-designed masterclasses and programmes help embed consistent, tailored capability across HR, managers, and leadership. By aligning practice across the organisation, this leads to more joined-up decision making, stronger support for neurodivergent employees across the employee lifecycle, and sustainable culture change that moves beyond isolated initiatives to lasting impact.

Whether you are starting from scratch, building and improving on what you already have in place, or you are already living and breathing neuroinclusion, Genius Within can meet you where you are.

Awareness Training

Many organisations start with awareness sessions but struggle to translate understanding into action.

Webinars

Webinars introduce neurodiversity in a clear, accessible way, building shared understanding, reducing stigma, and creating a common language across your organisation. Each session is tailored to your audience and can focus on specific neurodivergences or practical skills such as communication, memory, or time management. Sessions run for 45–60 minutes, with recordings available to support wider, scalable learning.

Expert Speakers

eLearning: Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Inclusion starts with awareness and acceptance. This program helps people understand more about the strengths and challenges that they and neurodivergent colleagues bring to the workplace. We take an inclusive view of neurodivergence, including developmental conditions but also individuals who have acquired cognitive changes due to ill health and those experiencing cognitive shifts related to mental health.

Skills Development

Developing from awareness and understanding into practical capability through interactive sessions for individuals and for people managers, HR and L&D teams, and the wider organisation.

Consulting Services

Many organisations are keen to take a more strategic approach to neuroinclusion. They seek to create the right conditions across the organisation for neurodivergent talent to thrive.  However, many of them have focused their investment on costly interventions at an individual level. Often this is only once something has ‘gone wrong’ for that individual.

At Genius Within Consulting, we know there is a better way. From our deep experience across organisations of many types, sizes, and across different industries, we have seen how more proactive approaches can yield more enduring, scalable, and cost-effective outcomes, for the individuals and the organisation.
