This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) governs the processing of personal data where Genius Within C.I.C. acts as a Data Processor on behalf of customer organisations utilising our digital platforms, including Genius Finder Pro® and our digital eLearning suites.
Key Highlights of this Addendum:
- UK Data Protection Compliance: Formulated in strict accordance with Article 28(3) of the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, PECR, and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
- Contractual Integration: This DPA is incorporated by reference directly into Section 1 (Definitions) and the Data Protection provisions of our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Technical & Organisational Safeguards: Details our robust technical security measures, daily database backups, strict 24-hour data breach notification protocols, and verified subprocessor arrangements (including AWS, Microsoft, and Atlassian).
