Data Privacy & Compliance Alignment: This agreement works seamlessly alongside our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and our Privacy Policy. It outlines user security responsibilities under applicable data protection frameworks, including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
Intellectual Property Protection: To safeguard our clinical methodologies and unique training content, this document defines strict restrictions regarding account credential sharing, automated data scraping, and the unauthorized reproduction of proprietary materials
For Corporate Procurement and Legal Counsel
This EULA is explicitly incorporated by reference into Section 1 (Definitions) of your Genius Within Master Services Agreement (MSA). If you require a custom technical configuration, bespoke data retention/anonymisation limits, or tailored project parameters, those changes will be safely executed via a project-specific Statement of Work (Schedule A) rather than modifying these baseline platform rules.
