Announcing Our New Assistive Tech Shop

At Genius Within we are super proud to announce the launch of our new Assistive Technology online shop, bringing together carefully selected tools designed to support neurodivergent individuals at work and beyond.

With so many years under our belt working both alongside neurodivergent people at work, and being a majority neurodivergent workplace ourselves, we understand that the right combination of technology, coaching and training can transform how easily people can tap into their strengths and remove barriers. It is important to us that every product and service we offer is grounded in both research and real-world outcomes.

Our new shop is more than a catalogue of products. It is an extension of the work we already do with businesses and people across the UK and internationally. For years, we have supported clients through tailored coaching and practical training, helping them build strategies that work in real environments. Now, we are making it easier to access trusted assistive technology alongside that expertise, ensuring each tool can be used effectively and confidently.

The range of products has been specially curated, with a focus on usability, reliability and impact.

Our shop includes tools for dictation and note taking, supporting those who prefer to speak rather than type or vice versa. We also have mind mapping software to help organise ideas, plan projects and improve clarity of thought. You will also find a selection of AI tools designed to reduce cognitive load, support communication and enhance productivity.

Hardware is an equally important part of accessibility, and our shop reflects that. You can explore a variety of headsets and earphones to support focus and reduce sensory distractions, along with ergonomic mice and keyboards designed for comfort and ease of use

We know all too well that regulation and comfort play a vital role in maintaining focus and well-being. This is why our shop includes a selection of fidget tools and foot rests, helping individuals create a workspace that supports their needs throughout the day.

Finally, we provide access to specialist software for neurodivergent people at work that complements these other tools, offering what we believe is a well-rounded approach to assistive support.
