From Insight to Action: Neuroinclusion Done Differently
Many organisations are keen to take a more strategic approach to neuroinclusion.
They seek to create the right conditions across the organisation for neurodivergent talent to thrive. However, many of them have focused their investment on costly interventions at an individual level. Often this is only once something has ‘gone wrong’ for that individual.
At Genius Within Consulting, we know there is a better way.
From our deep experience across organisations of many types, sizes, and across different industries, we have seen how more proactive approaches can yield more enduring, scalable, and cost-effective outcomes, for the individuals and the organisation.
Take neuroinclusion to the next level with Genius Within Consulting.

2. Performance Optimisation for Neurodivergent Talent

This programme supports HR teams to recruit and develop neurodivergent talent effectively, optimising performance, engagement, and wellbeing, and ensuring your organisation meets its legal obligations.
3. Neuroinclusive Management in Practice

This programme empowers managers with the confidence, knowledge, and practical tools to support the performance and wellbeing of neurodivergent colleagues.
4. Complex Case Advisory Service
The Complex Case Advice Service provides HR teams with expert advice on more complex individual cases, helping them to support performance and wellbeing for the neurodivergent individual, and reduce risk for the organisation.
What stage of the organisational maturity model are you at?

Right now, most UK organisations are focused on compliance, providing neurodivergent individuals who are brave enough to seek support with reasonable adjustments in accordance with the Equality Act (2010). These are important steps, but we want to challenge and support organisations to go further, aiming for systemic inclusion. This means removing the barriers which can hold back neurodivergent talent, and creating the conditions where people feel safe to be themselves and can meet their potential. Some organisations have moved beyond that to focus on deliberate inclusion. They recognise the value of neurodiversity, and may establish Employee Resource Groups, run awareness sessions, and perhaps pilot new approaches.
Our programmes are designed to help you, no matter what stage you are at.

What do we mean by ‘Neuroinclusion Done Differently’?
Our consultancy services take you from insight to action. We do things differently, supporting you with the data and expertise to deliver long-term solutions for neuroinclusion that meet the specific needs of your organisation and its people.
Our aim is to place the individual at the heart of an organisational approach to neuroinclusion. A whole organisation approach to neuroinclusion is essential for creating psychological safety. Neurodivergent individuals are less likely than neurotypical peers to feel psychologically safe at work. Psychological safety predicts organisational performance, innovation, and retention, so it is important!
We can support you in developing your neuroinclusion strategy, and translating this into concrete actions.
Neurodivergent people can bring real strengths, but to optimise performance, we must embed neuroinclusion throughout the employee lifecycle. Just 19% of employers have reviewed people management policies to make them neuroinclusive, and only 56% say HR staff feel capable and confident to support neurodivergent individuals.
We can give your HR team the insight, confidence and tools to optimise performance of neurodivergent talent.
Managers play a crucial role as ‘first responders’. However, only 46% of employers and 46% of neurodivergent employees felt their managers were capable and confident to support them.
We can equip your managers with the skills and resources to implement neuroinclusive management in practice.
