Narinder Sheena

Narinder is an experienced coach who supports people navigating chronic health challenges, neurodiversity, workplace pressures and periods of change. Her approach is person-centred, compassionate and practical, helping individuals better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and identify realistic steps towards meaningful change.
With over 10 years’ coaching experience, Narinder has trained in a range of coaching frameworks, which are ICF accredited, PCI accredited in Health Coaching, NLP and SIRPA. Incorporating neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and somatic awareness. Before moving into coaching, she spent approximately 15 years working as a Personal Injury lawyer, and legal coach/mentor, giving her valuable insight into professional environments and workplace challenges.
Narinder also brings lived experience of persistent pain and her own neurodiverse traits to her work. This combination of professional training, lived experience and coaching expertise informs an empathetic approach that recognises the whole person.
She is also an author of From Pain to Power, founder of Mapcoach, and Founder of Pain to Power Connect CIC, delivering individual coaching, group programmes, workshops and community initiatives.
Narinder previously worked as a Personal Injury lawyer for around 15 years, predominantly specialising in personal injury law in workplace and road traffic accidents, with a short term in employment law.
Drawing on her own lived experience, and those in her family, Narinder is passionate about helping others better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and feel empowered to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
At her best, Narinder is warm, curious and fully present a calm sounding board who listens deeply, asks thought-provoking questions and creates a safe space for people to find their own clarity, confidence and way forward.
