Sarah Wissing
MSc in Career Management and Coaching
Sarah is an experienced coach with an MSc in Career Management and Coaching, and two Post Graduate Certificates in Neurodiversity Coaching and Coaching Supervisions. Sarah has worked in a variety of sectors including health care, business, education, primarily in Human Resources roles and coaching roles.
Sarah identifies as neurodivergent herself and has found that higher self-awareness leads to increased confidence in self-advocacy. Sarah coaches within the social model of disability, understanding that it is changes to our environment, often small and insignificant to others, that help us to work at our best.
When Sarah is coaching at her best, the impossible starts to feel possible and she helps her clients find their power for creating good outcomes. Sarah says: “I am able to listen with my full attention, bringing out patterns in the client’s stories so that they can talk things out and find their own solutions.”
