Caroline’s approach centres around helping clients gain new perspectives, change how they think and approach situations to get new and better results. She creates a conversation full of insight and learning by using a range of tools and techniques, including observation, questioning, listening and feedback.
Caroline has 20+ years experience working across HR, Learning & Development and Digital Learning within both corporate and public sector.
When Caroline is working at her best, she is like a dance partner, moving together in synch and flow; using her intuition to know when things are out of step and communicating in a safe space to stay on track and move towards desired goals.
