Sally Chapman
In order to do our best work, we first need to be able to lead ourselves well; so much of the work Sally does with clients is around building confidence, boundaries, managing burnout, prioritising, well-being and self-care. Many of the people that Sally works with often struggle with feelings of Imposter Syndrome, or not belonging/fitting in so she works with you on your unique strengths, where you add value and how you can shift mindset to support yourself, not hinder you. She founded our own business, Shine Coaching, in 2021 with the aim of making coaching accessible to everyone.
Sally has 4 years experience working as a trained & qualified ILM L7 coach and director of her own coaching business. She has previously worked as an HR professional and coached ‘informally’ for many years.
Sally predominately worked in HR-based roles up to senior management level at both a strategic and operational level with a focus on culture, employee experience, health & wellbeing, recruitment, learning & development, and employee relations. Before being in the world of Human Resources, she worked in a variety of roles from a pub landlady to a self-employed gardener and in the early days, even a pig farmer! Quite an eclectic background.
