Aisha is an HR Advisor at Genius Within CIC, delivering a proactive, inclusive, and values-led HR service across the organisation. She supports the full employee lifecycle, providing guidance to managers, employees, and associates on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance.
Aisha plays a key role in maintaining accurate HR systems and processes, coordinating wellbeing initiatives, and ensuring a positive and supportive employee experience. She also works closely with the Head of HR to contribute to strategic projects, policy development, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee relations cases, ensuring a fair, consistent, and person-centred approach, while championing neuroinclusion and person-centred approaches in all aspects of her work. In addition to her core role, she is the Chair of the Employee Resource Group (ERG) and a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA), reflecting her commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
