Charlie Eckton is an independent Business Psychologist and senior consultant with Genius Within. She helps organisations develop neurodiversity awareness, create systemic inclusion and manage the work environment through the process of universal design so that neurominority individuals can excel.
Charlie also diagnoses neurominority conditions such as Autism, ADHD and dyslexia, and offers support and guidance so individuals can harness their strengths whilst developing strategies to manage their weaker areas. She also has lived experience, having had a late diagnosis of ADHD.
Charlie is a Doctoral Researcher at Birkbeck, University of London. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, an M.A. in Sociology with Psychology from the University of Glasgow and a PGCE. She has also completed her Expert Witness Training Certification through Bond Solon & Cardiff University.
