Penny Heater
‘Everyone working at their best’ has long been a mantra of Penny’s and is why she loves coaching. She believes wherever you began in life, coaching can help you to achieve your goals.
Penny is a performance coach with over 20 years coaching experience across multiple sectors. Her diverse background includes ongoing work with senior leaders and teams in engineering, manufacturing, banking, health sector, education, academia, and tech as well as medicine and civil service workplaces. She also supports graduates, apprentices, mid-lifers and retirees, and those returning to work after/during maternity or health events.
Penny is a neurodiversity specialist, supporting clients with either innate (traits since childhood) or acquired neurodiversity (traits recognised later or as a result of a health event or changes such as menopause). She is highly skilled in helping people develop strategies relating to areas such as procrastination, time management, overwhelm, organisation, anxiety and memory, whilst optimising their strengths and confidence.
Always passionate about helping others to be their best, her background also includes working within mental health, employment and probation services.
Penny trained with the Coaches Training Institute, Barefoot Coaching/University of Chester (PGC L7 in Coaching), British Psychological Society (Coaching Supervision) and the British Dyslexia Association (Level 4 Workplace Needs Assessor – Neurodiversity). She is also a Mental Health First Aider. She has also been a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and aligns her practice with the ICF and EMCC professional codes of conduct and ethics.
