Meghan Barbano
Meghan Barbano is a neurodiversity coach and educational psychologist who supports neurodivergent adults, teens, and parents – especially those navigating AuDHD, Autism, ADHD, PDA profiles, and challenges with executive functioning or emotional regulation.
Meghan holds a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She’s a Certified Autism Specialist and PDA Specialist and has years of experience coaching, advocating, and providing psychoeducational support in schools, families, and organizations.
Her work is deeply informed by her own lived experience as an AuDHD adult and as a parent to an AuDHD child with a PDA profile. Meghan is committed to creating inclusive, empowering spaces for everyone she supports, including members of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, where people feel understood, respected, and able to thrive.
Meghan is personally motivated to work in neurodiversity coaching by her lived experience as an AuDHD individual and as a parent to an AuDHD child with a PDA profile, inspiring her to create empowering, affirming, and practical support for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
Meghan provides coaching, advocacy, and professional development services to neurodivergent individuals, families, and organizations.
When working at her best, Meghan is like a steady lighthouse – calm, guiding, and illuminating the path forward, offering clarity, encouragement, and practical solutions while adapting gracefully to each person’s unique needs.
Meghan welcomes open conversations about neurodiversity, coaching needs, and individualized support and encourages clients or collaborators to share their goals, challenges, or questions so she can tailor her approach to be most helpful and empowering.
