She found helping others with their personal development hugely rewarding so she followed her passion and became a full time coach. Her clients tell her that she builds trust quickly and helps them see things differently, without judgement. She finds it hugely rewarding to support people with neurodiverse conditions to grow and thrive at work, by helping them to discover their strengths and feel empowered to improve their workplace experience.
