Clare supports senior leaders, emerging leaders, women in leadership and neurodivergent professionals navigating complexity, transition and increased responsibility. Her coaching approach is calm, reflective and psychologically grounded, creating a high‑trust space where clients can think deeply, feel understood and be thoughtfully challenged. She blends evidence‑based psychology with practical, interventional coaching to help clients build insight, shift mindset and achieve sustainable behavioural change.
A Chartered Psychologist and Accredited Master Executive Coach, Clare has over 18 years of executive coaching experience and 28 years in leadership and organisational development. Her training includes Cognitive‑Behavioural Coaching, Transpersonal Coaching, Appreciative Inquiry and full BPS Level A & B psychometric accreditation. She has extensive industry experience across global corporates, public services, higher education, creative industries, defence, transport, FMCG and financial services.
Her lived experience of dyslexia informs her neurodiversity coaching, enabling her to support clients with empathy, practical insight and a strong commitment to inclusion, confidence and human potential.
Clare has held senior roles in leadership development and organisational consulting, including Director at Prime Partnership UK, Organisational Development Manager at BBC Studios, and Principal Consultant at CHPD.
Clare is motivated by a deep commitment to equity and inclusion, driven by her lived experience of dyslexia and a passion for helping neurodivergent adults understand their strengths, navigate environments not designed for them, and thrive with confidence and impact.
