Alison has a ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring and over 8 years’ experience coaching, across a range of sectors.
She is passionate about supporting you to maximise your professional potential. By understanding your strengths and how you’re using them, exploring different options and perspectives, we jointly arrive at strategies that are right for you, to overcome challenges at work.
Alison has worked with clients across a diverse range of sectors including NHS, Finance and Legal, Public-Sector Bodies, Universities, Private Businesses, Charities, people seeking work, apprentices and Executive Board level.
Alison’s previous careers in the creative industries and adult education, led to retraining to understand and support adults with dyslexia to reach their full potential in work and in their personal life.
Alison knows that, at its best, neurodiversity coaching can be insightful, empowering ,lifechanging and enjoyable.
