Aleena Malik
Aleena is a Coach at Genius Within with almost five years’ experience supporting neurodivergent adults in the workplace. She works with clients navigating ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety, communication, confidence and workplace strategies.
Her coaching is warm, reflective and practical, with a focus on helping clients understand themselves more deeply and work in ways that feel manageable and authentic. Aleena supports clients to slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming and explore how their brain, environment and role interact. Through coaching, she helps individuals recognise their strengths and develop strategies that feel realistic, sustainable and meaningful to them.
Aleena is currently completing her ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and holds an MSc in Clinical, Social and Cognitive Neuroscience. Her background spans legal settings and educational work supporting neurodivergent children, giving her a thoughtful understanding of how different environments can shape confidence, wellbeing and performance.
Aleena is motivated by helping clients feel understood, recognise the value in how they think, and develop the confidence to work in ways that honour their strengths.
When Aleena is working at her best, she is like a clear window in a busy room: helping clients step back, see things more clearly and notice possibilities that felt hidden or out of reach.
