Genius Within Welcomes Simon Falconer as Group Head of Marketing & Commercial Strategy

At Genius Within, we are dedicated to empowering neurodivergent talent and driving systemic change. Today, we’re excited to announce Simon Falconer as our new Group Head of Marketing & Commercial Strategy, marking an exciting new chapter for our ongoing growth and impact. 

Simon brings extensive experience in marketing, digital product management, and commercial strategy across technology and media industries. He has a proven track record of delivering results for service and product-led businesses and has played a key role in business transitions to digital product and SaaS models. His appointment underscores our commitment to scaling our products (Genius Finder and eLearning) and services (Coaching, Assessments, Training and Consulting) and strengthening our brand presence worldwide. 

As part of the company’s Senior Leadership Team, Simon will lead Go-to-Market Strategy for our services and digital products portfolio as we deliver on our mission of neurodiversity inclusion.
