Sally was fantastic during our coaching sessions. I noted how much progress she has made within key areas such as the management of stress and her organisational skills.

I also noted just how much positive energy and enthusiasm Sally bought to each session. She was engaged and receptive to all the information that was shared throughout the coaching session and provided her honest thoughts. This is exactly what we like to hear at Genius Within! She was able to practice the different skills and techniques and provide update on how she was getting on with each of these.

Sally and I were able to form a fantastic working relationship throughout the coaching sessions. She was able to articulate herself well and explain the challenges that she has faced. This included the challenges around her anxiety and how it has affected her employability journey.

Our coaching sessions centred around providing her the techniques to manage her levels of high emotional arousal, whilst also providing her a level of understanding into how anxiety and depression are linked to the brain. We also spoke in depth as to different skills surrounding interview skills.

The bottom-line message that we have both agreed on.: Make sure you are interview them! It’s a two-way process.
