Our Funding Statement

Genius Within is a community interest company (CIC) and it is therefore written into our constitution to support our community through benevolent donations and activity.

We have provided seed funding to the Centre for Neurodiversity Research at Work in order help the Birkbeck community provide essential research into neuroinclusion in business.

There has not been enough studies to date to help management and human resource practitioners know where to target activities. We are hopeful that Birkbeck can provide much needed advice and guidance to support our community to find work, stay employed and achieve their career potential.

With Neurodiversity trending, there is so much activity now focused on making a difference. It is essential that we sort through what works and what does not. This will provide the cost/benefit analysis that will secure the support that neurodivergent individuals need at work.
