Customer Services Director

Royston is our Customer Services Director, responsible for ensuring our clients and our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with Genius Within. Royston also oversees our Client Services Team and provides support to our diverse team of Associate Coaches and Psychologists. He can often be found reviewing practices and processes, and you may also see him hosting events or delivering our ND Awareness Sessions.

Royston holds NVQ4 Business Administration and CIPS Level 4 Purchasing & Supply Qualifications. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the disability space and is passionate in supporting individuals to achieve equity and enhance their quality of life. He has lived experiences of neurodivergence and chronic health, and is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. He is also a doggy dad!

What is Royston’s favourite way to relax and unwind after a day’s work?

Royston loves film and theatre! Everything from comedy, drama, horror, musicals, rom-com, sci-fi, and thrillers. He avoids critics reviews and will watch everything to form his own opinions and experience the magic of storytelling firsthand.
