His solid understanding of personnel development needs and skills development, comes from having managed a UK training centre for a blue chip multinational and set up a local training department, serving South East Europe and ex-Soviet Republics, with bespoke training programmes. Malcolm has worked with many UK and multinational companies with the development and implementation of bespoke personal and strategic programmes.
