Business Psychologist
Anna Smith is a Business Psychologist specialising in neurodiversity. She has experience of coaching neurodiverse employees and carrying out workplace needs assessments. She also has extensive experience in career coaching and uses a range of techniques to facilitate career decision making.
Anna’s passion is to apply psychological techniques, tools and theories to enable people to fulfil their potential.
My expertise:
Anna has an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is near completion of the QOP stage 2 process and hopes to achieve Chartership status with the BPS in 2021.
Anna is also a qualified teacher.
