Jacqui is a Work Psychologist and Coach who specialises in neurodiversity, executive coaching, career development and soft skills coaching.
Jacqui has a background in senior leadership in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors where she led and developed teams and drove organisational development initiatives.
She has a fluid approach to her coaching, working in partnership with her clients to help them to achieve their goals. Jacqui loves helping people to uncover and make the best use of their strengths, talents and potential, whatever stage of life they may be at.

Jill May
About Jill
Jill is an experienced coach, working adults across a range of sectors, occupations, and experience levels. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF, a Level 6 Counsellor and a Mental Health First Aider; and is currently studying for her Advanced Psychotherapy Diploma.
Prior to moving into full-time coaching and counselling, Jill spent twenty years as a commercial interior designer with roles in the UK and Australia, and more recently running her own residential design business.
As a coach, Jill is patient, empathetic, and attuned to her clients’ needs and concerns. She is observant and detail-oriented and uses these skills to tailor her coaching approach to each individual’s unique circumstances. Above all, Jill values integrity and ethical practice, and always strives to provide the highest quality coaching services to her clients.
Client coaching objectives include self-awareness & personal development, confidence, social and professional relationships, health and wellbeing, work-life balance, neurodiversity, and mental health.

About Jude
Jude is passionate about using coaching to support individuals to find their purpose and confidently move forward to live a fulfilling life. She believes we all have unique strengths and talents that we can draw on, with the right support.
Jude is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and uses a blend of evidence-based positive psychology and neuroscience to support you in identifying and going beyond your existing patterns of thinking and being, generating transformative shifts in mindset and behaviour. Jude has been a professional coach since May 2022. Before coaching, Jude spent many years working with senior leaders and managing marketing teams within Publishing, working on brands including The Week Magazine, Which? and The Telegraph.
Jude has worked with a wide range of individuals including executives and colleagues who were open about ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia.
Lizzy Daniel

About Lizzy
Lizzy has over 21 years’ experience in procurement, 16 years’ experience in banking and finance and over 10 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring.
Lizzy’s experience of working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors includes communicating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders (at all levels), implementing policies and procedures, project management, contract management, change management, quality management, supply chain management, risk management and accounting.
Lizzy’s coaching and mentoring goal is to empower and inspire as many people as possible to enhance their career, develop their life skills and achieve true fulfilment.
Lizzy has spent the last decade helping people develop personally and professionally. She believes that we all have the ability to be the best version of ourselves and unlocking their potential, building their confidence and self-esteem is a step towards success.
Marguerite Farmer

About Marguerite
Marguerite is an experienced coach who enjoys helping people uncover and make best use of their strengths and talents to build effective strategies and increase self-confidence. Previously in school senior leadership, she now coaches leaders across a variety of industries.
Marguerite has a flexible approach to her coaching, adapting how she works to her clients’ preferred ways of thinking. If they think best whilst moving around, drawing on large sheets of paper or jotting ideas on post-its; then that can happen.

Melissa Chester
About Melissa
Melissa Chester is a business psychologist and a fellow of the CIPD, with 20 years’ experience working at a multi-national level and in the financial services industry focusing on people consulting, talent and leadership development. She has coached a wide variety of individuals within organisations at all stages in their career to support their personal development. She is also a qualified career coach.
Melissa favours a strengths based approach to coaching, working with her clients, to unlock their potential in a sustainable and structured fashion. Melissa is passionate about supporting neurodiversity in the workplace and removing barriers to employment and development opportunities for individuals.
Melissa has over 8 years career coaching experience, as well as working within Leadership Development Coaching and Workplace coaching. Her lived experience comes from Autism within her family.
Miranda Pretorius
M.A. in Clinical Psychology
About Miranda
Miranda has been a Clinical Psychologist for the last 30 years. She can deal with all mental health issues as part of her qualification. This includes Major Depression, Bipolar Mood Disorder and Anxiety Disorder. She is particularly interested in helping people with addictions (alcohol and other substances). She also enjoys doing marital therapy as well as family therapy. Her approach is solution-focused, eclectic, and grounded in psychological science.
Miranda also started working for Genius Within as a Life Coach in January this year, dealing with clients who experience workplace difficulties due to ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, and other disorders under the Neurodiverse umbrella. She previously worked in the EAP field and is au fait with dealing with clients and managers in the workplace. She aims to assist clients to function optimally in the workplace and in general, everyday life.

About Morwenna: Morwenna loves to help you explore identity, strengths, struggles and even any painful bits. Tears and laughter are normal in coaching, but Morwenna prevents sessions from becoming counselling or unfocused chat, and instead keeps you moving towards your goals. Morwenna maintains ethics, boundaries and concrete outcomes, while allowing real emotions and even fun!
