About Jill
Jill is an experienced coach, working adults across a range of sectors, occupations, and experience levels. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF, a Level 6 Counsellor and a Mental Health First Aider; and is currently studying for her Advanced Psychotherapy Diploma.
Prior to moving into full-time coaching and counselling, Jill spent twenty years as a commercial interior designer with roles in the UK and Australia, and more recently running her own residential design business.
As a coach, Jill is patient, empathetic, and attuned to her clients’ needs and concerns. She is observant and detail-oriented and uses these skills to tailor her coaching approach to each individual’s unique circumstances. Above all, Jill values integrity and ethical practice, and always strives to provide the highest quality coaching services to her clients.

Katie works with professionals worried they’re not fulfilling their potential. She takes a strengths-based approach to building confidence and optimising performance so that individuals can open themselves up to more possibilities and opportunities, putting them in the best possible position of influence.
Katie creates a safe, supportive space for clients to gain fresh perspectives and to ensure they leave every session feeling clearer, calmer and more confident. She uses gentle, insightful questioning to help identify real, sustainable solutions leading to positive lasting change.
Linda Curran
About Linda
Linda’s background is in the social care sector, working to empower and advocate for and alongside neurodiverse adults. During her career she has mentored social work students, and coached and supervised teams these experiences developed her coaching skills.
Her passion lies in empowering people to reach their full potential by examining their strengths with them and enabling them to develop practice and use strategies in the workplace. She uses various coaching methods to connect with clients in a positive way.
Lizzy Daniel

About Lizzy
Lizzy has over 21 years’ experience in procurement, 16 years’ experience in banking and finance and over 10 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring.
Lizzy’s experience of working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors includes communicating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders (at all levels), implementing policies and procedures, project management, contract management, change management, quality management, supply chain management, risk management and accounting.
Lizzy’s coaching and mentoring goal is to empower and inspire as many people as possible to enhance their career, develop their life skills and achieve true fulfilment.
Lizzy has spent the last decade helping people develop personally and professionally. She believes that we all have the ability to be the best version of ourselves and unlocking their potential, building their confidence and self-esteem is a step towards success.

About Marguerite
Marguerite is an experienced coach who enjoys helping people uncover and make best use of their strengths and talents to build effective strategies and increase self-confidence. Previously in school senior leadership, she now coaches leaders across a variety of industries.
Marguerite has a flexible approach to her coaching, adapting how she works to her clients’ preferred ways of thinking. If they think best whilst moving around, drawing on large sheets of paper or jotting ideas on post-its; then that can happen.
Marguerite’s clients say that she is calm, friendly and creates an environment where thinking time and reflection come naturally.
Miranda Pretorius
M.A. in Clinical Psychology
About Miranda
Miranda has been a Clinical Psychologist for the last 30 years. She can deal with all mental health issues as part of her qualification. This includes Major Depression, Bipolar Mood Disorder and Anxiety Disorder. She is particularly interested in helping people with addictions (alcohol and other substances). She also enjoys doing marital therapy as well as family therapy. Her approach is solution-focused, eclectic, and grounded in psychological science.
Miranda also started working for Genius Within as a Life Coach in January this year, dealing with clients who experience workplace difficulties due to ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, and other disorders under the Neurodiverse umbrella. She previously worked in the EAP field and is au fait with dealing with clients and managers in the workplace. She aims to assist clients to function optimally in the workplace and in general, everyday life.

Her coaching extends to both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, working effectively in both 1:1 and group settings.
Trauma-informed and holistic in approach, her focus lies on fostering well-being, managing stress, navigating transitions, and building confidence. Drawing upon a diverse background encompassing teaching, care, administration, accounts, HR, sales, and marketing, Nicole brings a well-rounded perspective. For those already engaged in therapy, Nicole offers coaching that aligns with existing therapeutic goals.

About Peter
Peter has an impressive 30 years of extensive experience in IT Sales, Marketing, and Management, which has allowed him to cultivate a robust skill set in the technology industry. His expertise extends to leadership and development, as he underwent training under the prestigious Hewlett Packard LEAD program, achieving UK Director level proficiency. Additionally, Peter holds a degree in Law from Christ Church, Oxford University, further augmenting his versatile background.
Since 2006, he has found great success as an independent business coach, catering to esteemed clients at the Board level, including prominent companies like Symantec, Epson, and Canon. Peter’s coaching approach is refined, as he received training from Marian Way, the author of Clean Approaches for Coaches, in Clean Language, Symbolic Modelling, and Clean Space techniques.
