About Azaria
Azaria has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has been coaching for several years. Azaria has always been drawn to working with neurodivergent people. She started her career in Education where she found that the neurodivergent children really needed allyship. She has moved into coaching adults and has a lot of experience working in communities marginalised by poverty. Azaria has also worked single parents and those who have been isolated through displacement.
When Azaria is coaching at her best she is listening intently, and facilitating solutions to pop up that apply to work, but also into their personal lives. Azaria really enjoys it when a client comes to a solution that is impactful across many areas – a pattern that creates lasting change for the whole person. Azaria enjoys connecting to her clients and having fun. Coaching can be something we look forward to, a very rapportful experience.

Joshua Okunlola is an accomplished Coach, with a wealth of expertise spanning over 15 years. Joshua is deeply committed to fostering the growth and empowerment of individuals across the neurodivergent spectrum. His extensive experience encompasses collaborative work with young people, community members, and school leaders.
As a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, Joshua leverages his background in psychology to create a supportive and inclusive coaching environment. Joshua Okunlola is dedicated to helping professionals unlock their full potential. His coaching approach emphasizes building confidence, resilience, and essential life skills, equipping neurodivergent individuals to thrive in today’s dynamic world.
Joshua Okunlola is a Qualified Coach (ILM) with a strong foundation in Transactional Analysis, a field of study he has immersed himself in for the past 8 years. This deep understanding significantly informs his coaching practice, allowing him to tailor his approach to the unique needs of his clients. Miranda Pretorius
M.A. in Clinical Psychology
About Miranda
Miranda has been a Clinical Psychologist for the last 30 years. She can deal with all mental health issues as part of her qualification. This includes Major Depression, Bipolar Mood Disorder and Anxiety Disorder. She is particularly interested in helping people with addictions (alcohol and other substances). She also enjoys doing marital therapy as well as family therapy. Her approach is solution-focused, eclectic, and grounded in psychological science.
Miranda also started working for Genius Within as a Life Coach in January this year, dealing with clients who experience workplace difficulties due to ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, and other disorders under the Neurodiverse umbrella. She previously worked in the EAP field and is au fait with dealing with clients and managers in the workplace. She aims to assist clients to function optimally in the workplace and in general, everyday life.
Theresa Quinn

About Theresa
Theresa is a passionate coach who partners with coaching clients so they can use their strengths to establish a flourishing work and home life.
Theresa has had a varied background in education and in running her own business and has experienced many of the highs and lows that life can bring. Being able to draw on her strengths and reframe her thinking has enabled her to thrive during difficult circumstances. Now, being able to bring that experience to coach others to do the same, is what she loves to do.
Theresa particularly enjoys bringing the fun into coaching, especially using nature and Lego. After all, it’s easier to thrive and flourish when we enjoy what we do and are having fun.
David Rendle

David is a qualified executive coach, and he had a long career in secondary teaching and subsequently in teacher training and school improvement.
David has coached with Genius Within for three years. He has his own coaching business and has coached teachers and other professionals, and he delivers academic coaching to younger students.
David has had a long experience of supporting neurodivergent students through his teaching and he has enhanced these skills and awareness through his coach training and subsequent CPD. His approach is caring and empathetic and he aims to provide his clients with a balance of support and challenge.
