Sam Kennedy Christian
About Sam
Coaching with Sam is like taking your brain to a spa. She provides a calm, judgement free space where you can organise your thoughts and put your ideas into action with accountability.
She founded The Float Space in 2021 to support women to confidently navigate life and career with children, without compromising on ambition. Sam brings a professional background managing teams in the not-for-profit and public sector, as well as over a decade as a trustee of several large and medium charities.
Sam trained and began working as a coach in 2021. She has 15 years experience leading teams in local, national and international not-for-profit and public sector organisations including the UK Labour Party, Save the Children and The Financial Ombudsman Service.
Christine Lennon
About Christine
Christine is an experienced workplace strategy coach who has worked as an associate coach for GW for the last 7 years.
Christine is experienced in working with a wide range of neurodiverse conditions in the workplace and she enjoys helping people to recognise their own strengths and abilities, to have a belief in themselves and to work towards and have the confidence to achieve their desired goals. Having spent many years working in the public and voluntary sectors she has a special interest in these areas.
Allison Lindsay
About Allison
Allison has been coaching for over 20 years. She has been a coach with Genius Within since 2019. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She also has an ILM certification in Enhanced Performance Strategies for Neuro-differences in the Workplace. She is a certified Mindfulness teacher, certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator & Group Leader, and a certified Embodied Facilitator. Her educational background is in psychology and she has an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
Allison coaches a wide range of clients from different sectors such as: professional services; finance; pharmaceutical; healthcare; emergency services; and energy industries. She coaches clients from individual contributor/employee level, to Executives in large international companies.
When Allison is coaching, she creates a safe and supportive space for people to explore their strengths, challenges, and what they really want to achieve in life and work. She works co-creatively with them to define and achieve their goals on a sustainable basis.
When Allison is coaching at her best; she is present, engaged, creative and empathic! She enjoys connecting with people. She loves seeing people understand themselves better, identifying and learning to work with their strengths, and champions her clients to as they gain deep insights, make real breakthroughs and grow their confidence.

Jacqui is a Work Psychologist and Coach who specialises in neurodiversity, executive coaching, career development and soft skills coaching.
Jacqui has a background in senior leadership in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors where she led and developed teams and drove organisational development initiatives.
She has a fluid approach to her coaching, working in partnership with her clients to help them to achieve their goals. Jacqui loves helping people to uncover and make the best use of their strengths, talents and potential, whatever stage of life they may be at.

Sean Manning
About Sean
Sean coaches from lived experience. He has learned to live with stress, anxiety, depression, and moderate ADD since he was in high school.
He had a haemorrhagic stroke (Acquired Brain Injury) at 22 while getting his Masters in Accounting at Boston College. He finished his Masters while learning to walk and use his left arm again. Sean went on to work at PwC for a year as an Accountant, leaving to have his seventh brain surgery in 2022.
And now, he coaches using all of that lived experience, hoping to connect on a personal level with his Genius Within clients.
Jill May
About Jill
Jill is an experienced coach, working adults across a range of sectors, occupations, and experience levels. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF, a Level 6 Counsellor and a Mental Health First Aider; and is currently studying for her Advanced Psychotherapy Diploma.
Prior to moving into full-time coaching and counselling, Jill spent twenty years as a commercial interior designer with roles in the UK and Australia, and more recently running her own residential design business.
As a coach, Jill is patient, empathetic, and attuned to her clients’ needs and concerns. She is observant and detail-oriented and uses these skills to tailor her coaching approach to each individual’s unique circumstances. Above all, Jill values integrity and ethical practice, and always strives to provide the highest quality coaching services to her clients.

Steve possesses a vast and diverse wealth of knowledge and expertise accumulated over 27 years, working in various industry sectors – and developing his career. Steve works within business improvement, as well as career and neuro coaching.
Passionate about supporting others, Steve has worked as a Neuro Coach for 15 years, developing and supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia through dedicated coaching programmes. Steve helps recognise and covers strategies for managing neurodiversity within work environments, in order to empower people and help for them to regain their sense of control within both their professional and personal life.
