Marleen is a workplace strategy coach and psychologist currently undertaking a professional doctorate in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck in London.
In her coaching and consulting Marleen focuses on strengths and wellbeing, using positive psychology principles, to support her clients to increase resilience, confidence and work at their best. She is described by clients as warm, encouraging, and great at helping to map and unpick complex situations and work out priorities.
Marleen worked in a research consulting role before moving into one to one coaching.
Marleen has been working with organisations since 2006 – project managing, leading and consulting on the basis of large-scale employee opinion surveys. Clients have included HR directors, HR business partners as well as project leads and divisional leads. Marleen has been working as a coach since 2014.
Marleens’ specialisms include Wellbeing at work and Mental Health, Resilience & Confidence Building, Stress Management, Burnout, Neurodiversity awareness and workplace strategy coaching.
