At Genius Within we put our customers at the heart of our processes. Our work supports those who are already employed and also reaches out to those who are socially excluded, to ensure that neurodiversity does not become a barrier to living a happy and fulfilling life.
In light of the challenges that our clients have in the workplace, it is particularly important that we make the process of engaging with and benefiting from our services as simple and speedy as possible. We are dedicated to providing the support clients need to achieve a sustained improvement in their abilities. To support this we are continually reviewing the products and services we offer. Where necessary they will be updated or new ones developed to consistently meet our clients’ needs.

We adhere to professional guidelines set by the American Psychological Society, the UK Health & Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society, in our service delivery and are also committed to the improvement of these working practices.
